AI has earned its place in research. It finds the spec section, summarizes the report, and points to its sources. Numbers are a different problem. Ask a model to total a fee forecast across thousands of line items, and you get an answer that looks right. Someone on your team still has to check it by hand. The spreadsheet work never went away.

Script Sandbox changes that. HallianAI now writes a script for the calculation, validates it, and runs it in a sandbox on your own Azure account or inside your own network. The same method runs the same way every time, on your data, under your control.

Trusted Work, Done the Same Way Every Time

The method loop: ask, draft, validate, run, and save the method

The first time a method runs, your team defines it. HallianAI then turns that method into a repeatable script anyone in the firm can run on new data. The method becomes part of how the firm works. It no longer lives in one person’s head, and it stays with the firm when people move on.

Why Your Own Infrastructure Matters

Your methods are some of the most valuable things your firm has. They should stay where you can see them and control them.

  • Your data stays in your environment. Inputs and results are kept in your Azure subscription or on hosts in your network.
  • Scripts execute in Azure Containers in your Azure subscription, or on a Docker host in your network. The code that does the work runs where you control it.
  • Your methodology stays yours. The approach a senior engineer or architect built over years is never handed to an outside platform, so you never have to worry about it leaking out.

What Your Firm Gets

  • Forecasts from your ERP data: use an export or connect through an API to Deltek Vantagepoint or Unanet. The script handles the summations and projections, and the forecast lands in Excel, formatted your way.
  • Engineering calculations that repeat exactly: a senior engineer sets the method once. The script applies it to every project: quantities, load summaries, unit conversions, and grading volumes. The engineer stays the engineer of record.
  • Architecture schedules that stay consistent: area and room schedules rolled up across a whole project, with the same rules applied to every phase.
  • Report-ready data: consolidate hundreds of lab results into one table, and check the dataset for missing values, unit mix-ups, and readings outside the expected range before the report goes out.
  • Finance and operations without re-keying: utilization, WIP aging, cash-flow scenarios, and project profitability by client, computed from live data instead of retyped.

Each of these turns a method your people already follow into a process the firm can run the same way every time. That is how work gets systematized without losing control of it.

What It Looks Like in HallianAI

An engineering calculation in HallianAI: a grading volume request, the drafted script, server validation, and the sealed result

An engineer asks for a cut and fill calculation. The AI Agent drafts the script, HallianAI validates it, and the script runs in Azure Containers. The result comes back as an Excel file. The sample figures are illustrative, and the engineer of record still checks the method and seals the result.

Built on Your Controls

  • Every run is validated on the server before it starts. Each run declares the files it will create, overwrite, or delete.
  • Scripts come from skills your organization has authorized, or from code written for the task.
  • Your administrators decide which Sandboxes exist. If the chosen one is unavailable, the run fails rather than moving elsewhere.
  • The script is a calculator that shows its work. It does not replace an engineer’s judgment or seal, or an architect’s professional responsibility.

Where Things Stand

Script Sandbox is now available to all HallianAI customers. Bring an export or an ERP connection, and we will show it running on your numbers. Request a Demo and we will set up a time.
